Memorial Day Weekend is Here!

And so is Live Music everywhere!  Let’s look at some of the highlights for tonight (and click on the Links for more about the bands) on two of the Hottest Music Streets in Palm Beach County:

INDIANTOWN ROAD in JUPITER:  Start out by I-95 with the Andrew Morris Band (Country) at Uncle Mick’s, stop by Average Joe’s to hear BitterSweetHeart, then it’s on to Quick Fix at Harbourside, Joey Gilmore for some Blues at Double Roads Tavern after Jon Zeeman‘s Happy Hour show, then head north to Guanabanas to hear Uproot Hootenany and end up at the Square Grouper with more Country Music from the Casey Raines Band!

LAKE AVENUE in LAKE WORTH: Brogues is a good place to start with Jody Pollard for Happy Hour and then The People Upstairs later on.  Then across the street to the Rhum Shak for NIXX after Keith Zampino finishes up, then down to see the Chase Stites Band at Igot’s, the Cuban Latin Show Band at Havana Hideout, stop by and sin along with Frank-E-Oke Karaoke at CJ’s Island Grill before ending up over at the South Shores Tavern to hear the Blues Crusaders belt out some midnight Blues!

Outdoor Music in Delray Beach

Will West Atlantic Avenue in Delray turn into the Next Big Thing?  Delray Beach is trying their best to make that happen, and have scheduled Thursday evening concerts during May.  Tonight at 6:30 it’s Fusik, a funk band at the Libby Wesley Park at SW 5th Avenue near the Vintage Tap.

Out west at the Delray Marketplace at 6 it’s Time with Tom, a pretty good Tom Petty Tribute band that will be playing at 3rd and 3rd on Friday.

Too hot outside?  Catch Stanley Jordan, a great jazz guitarist inside at the Arts Garage instead at 7:30 for $25 – it helps to pay for the AC!
